AI on WhatsApp
AI agents for WhatsApp.
Many of your customers already message you on WhatsApp. An AI agent answers at any hour with your company's information, resolves the common requests and hands every case that needs a person to your team.
In short
A WhatsApp AI agent is an assistant connected to the official WhatsApp Business Platform that understands what your customer writes, answers with your company's information, checks your systems to quote, book or share an order status and hands the conversation to a person when the case calls for it.
What it can do for your company.
Answer common questions
Hours, availability, requirements and policies, using information your team keeps up to date.
Quote and take orders
Collects product, quantity and delivery details, prepares the quote with your rules and leaves it ready for your team to confirm.
Book appointments and send reminders
Offers available times, confirms the appointment and sends reminders with approved templates.
Qualify leads
Asks the questions your sales team needs and records each contact in your CRM.
Share the status of a case
Checks your system and answers where an order, claim or request stands, with no one searching by hand.
Hand off to a person
When a request is sensitive or complex, or the customer asks, it hands over the conversation with a summary of the case.
How we launch it.
01
We choose the conversations
We review what people ask most, what can be resolved without help and what a person should always see.
02
We connect the official number
We set up WhatsApp Business Platform in your company's name, with its profile and message templates.
03
We give the agent context
We give it your information, your rules and limited access to the systems it needs, such as your catalog, calendar or CRM.
04
We test before opening it
We simulate common questions, exceptions and attempts to pull it out of its role before your customers use it.
05
We measure and improve
We review escalated conversations, errors and costs, and adjust the agent with your team.
WhatsApp rules worth knowing.
WhatsApp Business Platform has its own conditions. A good agent is designed to follow them from day one.
- 24-hour customer service window
- When a customer messages you, a 24-hour window opens to reply with free-form messages. Outside it, your company can only write using templates approved by Meta.
- Permission to message first
- To send messages your company starts, such as reminders or updates, the person must have agreed to receive them.
- Assistants that serve your business
- Meta's terms do not allow using the platform to offer an AI assistant whose main function is the AI itself. An agent that handles your company's cases supports your service.
- Template charges
- Meta charges for each delivered template message based on its category (marketing, utility or authentication) and the destination country. Under its current rates, free-form replies inside the customer service window carry no such charge.
Summary of Meta's official documentation, reviewed on October 13, 2026. Meta sets the terms and rates and may change them.

Questions about WhatsApp AI agents
Can I use the number my company already has?
It depends on how you use it today. We review Meta's conditions with you for connecting it to the official platform and whether a new number makes more sense.
Can the agent make mistakes?
Yes. That is why we define what it answers on its own, what it checks in your systems and what goes to a person, and we review escalated conversations to correct it.
What happens to my customers' data?
It is used only to handle the conversation, with limited access and declared providers, and processed under Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection. The accounts stay in your company's name.
Can it understand voice notes or photos?
It can when the case justifies it, for example to transcribe a voice note or read a photo of a document. We assess it in the proposal for cost and risk.
Does it connect to my CRM or order system?
If your system has an API or an available integration, yes. We first review what each tool allows and which data the agent actually needs.
Let's start with your most frequent conversations.
Message us the three questions your customers ask most and we will talk through how an agent would answer them.
