Build
A fee per solution.
Goal, scope, deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria defined before we build.
Our method
Our pitch starts with an exploratory V1. We make it visible so we can understand together what is worth building and what we must validate. We agree on its scope before preparing it: it is not yet a product ready to operate.
01
What should change in your operation?
We choose a concrete process and agree on a baseline. Time, errors, quality or cost: the metric depends on the problem, not the technology.
To move forwardOne goal, one owner and one way to measure.
02
With what information and which permissions?
We identify the data needed, who can use it and which actions require approval. We start with anonymized samples whenever possible.
To move forwardLimited access and explicit human decisions.
03
What does the first version need to prove?
We define representative cases, exceptions and acceptance criteria. If the solution does not reach what we agreed, we review the scope before expanding it.
To move forwardReviewable tests, known limits and a go decision.
04
Who runs it and what happens if it fails?
We agree on owners, documentation, recurring costs and ongoing support. Going live needs a way to intervene and recover.
To move forwardAn operations and handover plan, not just a demo.
Method
Our pitch starts with a first version. An idea is easier to understand when you can walk through it: what works, what is missing and what is worth building.
Talk about my project01
We learn the process, the users, the data and the result you want to change. We also identify what should not be automated.
02
We prepare a V1 with an agreed scope to review a direction with you. The prototype helps you decide; it is not yet a production system.
03
We build in stages and verify security, performance, experience and behavior with data representative of your business.
04
We launch the system, measure what we agreed and improve it as it learns from operations and new opportunities appear.
How we work together
We get involved in what you want to achieve, not only in what you ask us to build.
Build
Goal, scope, deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria defined before we build.
Continuity
Support, maintenance and evolution with priorities and capacity agreed for your operation.
The proposal separates initial investment, ongoing support and third party costs. No generic packages, unlimited development or implicit conditions.
You do not need a technical document. With these answers we can better understand your starting point.
