Who we are

This website belongs to D-Legacy SAS, a company incorporated in Ecuador and based in Quito, operating under the trade name Daleki Lab. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

What we offer

Daleki Lab is an artificial intelligence agency. We design, build and support custom AI agents, automations, products and platforms for companies, through four services: AI strategy and opportunity, AI agents and automation, AI products and platforms, and operations and evolution.

The information on this website describes our services and how we work. It is not a binding offer or a promise of results. Every engagement is formalized in a written proposal accepted by both parties.

How we work with you

• Exploratory first version: before or during a proposal we can prepare a V1 with an agreed scope to review a direction with you. It helps you decide; it is not a product ready to operate, it does not guarantee feasibility and it does not imply unlimited work.
• Fee per solution: the build is quoted per project, with goal, scope, deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria defined in the proposal.
• Monthly fee: ongoing support, maintenance and evolution are agreed separately, with capacity, priorities, support hours and exclusions defined in the proposal.
• Third party costs: hosting, AI models, messaging and other tools are listed separately. Unless agreed otherwise, they are contracted in your name and with your own payment methods.
• Timelines: they start once we receive the agreed information, access and approvals.

We do not publish packages or generic prices. The investment depends on each project's scope and is written in the proposal.

What we expect from you

That the information and materials you provide are truthful and that you have the right to use them, including third party trademarks, images, texts and data. That you appoint a person responsible for prioritizing and approving. That you do not share passwords or sensitive data through channels we have not agreed on for that purpose.

Intellectual property

Once the fee per solution is paid in full, the code, designs and materials developed specifically for your project become yours, together with the accounts and data of your operation.

We retain ownership of our tools, reusable components, methodology and prior knowledge, and of any generic improvements we make to them. When they are part of your solution, we grant you a license to use them within it.

The contents of this website (brand, texts, images and design) belong to D-Legacy SAS and may not be reproduced without authorization.

Confidentiality

We treat the information you share for a project as confidential. We can sign your company's confidentiality agreement or propose one before receiving sensitive information. We never publish names, figures or project details without your specific authorization.

Artificial intelligence

The solutions we build may generate content or take actions with AI models. We define limits, permissions and human approval for sensitive decisions. An AI generated result may contain errors and requires review before it is used in relevant decisions.

On this website, the AI experience center shows illustrative simulations with sample data, and ARCO is a preview with prepared answers. Neither connects to an AI model or records what you choose.

Use of the website

You may browse and share the website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to breach its security, copy it at scale for commercial purposes or impersonate Daleki Lab. Links to third party websites are governed by those websites' terms.

Liability

We are responsible for fulfilling what is agreed in the accepted proposal. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, for interruptions or changes in third party services, or for using a solution outside what was agreed. Our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the service in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this website with its date. Changes do not modify proposals already accepted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Quito, unless the accepted proposal provides another mechanism.
